If you require a sample edit, we will request your document to schedule the sample. We require payment for the sample edit before we start, and we use PayPal to collect that payment.
Once we complete your sample edit, we will send you the documents related to the sample edit along with a quote for our services, the timeline, and our contract.
Should you decide to work with us, you should sign the contract and email it back to us. We will then send an invoice via PayPal for the booking fee. The booking fee is 25% of the total quote and non-refundable. Once the fee is received, you are on our calendar.
As your editing date approaches, you will receive another invoice for 25% of the total. You must pay this invoice and submit your document the day before editing or your booking spot is subject to cancellation.
As the project completion date approaches, you will receive another invoice for the remaining balance of the project. This balance is due before the delivery of any documents.
